Mayor Michael Owens and his mom, Claudette, shared their commitment to giving back to Cobb County in this heartwarming story. I wrote the article and the social post.
In August 2021, federal officials visited with Wellstar leaders to learn about the impact of COVID-19 in addition to updates from government relations leaders. I drafted the remarks.
The Wellstar Media Room page on wellstar.org was created with my input and updated regularly with the latest news I provided on a regular basis.
To combat misinformation and spread the most updated information on COVID-19, five health systems joined with Wellstar to get the word out. As a member of the planning team, I provided input and feedback on all messaging and tactics.
Mary Chatman, executive vice president of Acute Care Operations, was recognized by LiveSafe Resources at the annual Tribute to Women event. I drafted the nomination and the social post.
As part of the school's rebranding effort, a new viewbook was created to share the updated narrative and branding. I was involved in the planning, editing, and distribution of this piece.
Tim Ratliff, a Wellstar patient and cancer survivor, and Dr. Steve McCune, a Wellstar physician, spoke with Georgia Trend about immunotherapy. I pitched the story and arranged the interview.
Jill Case-Wirth, chief nurse executive, participated in an American College of Healthcare Executives podcast and an interview on leadership. I managed the preparation and messaging for both.
Wellstar and five other metro Atlanta health systems held a joint press conference in August 2021. I coordinated with other systems in the planning phase and drafted Dr. Branstetter's remarks.
When Wellstar's President and CEO and a longtime nurse were both inaugurated into the Georgia Nursing Hall of Fame, our team distributed this release. I drafted the award nominations, the release, the acceptance remarks, and the social post.
Dr. Paula Greaves, Chief of Women's Health at Wellstar, was recognized as one of Atlanta Magazine's Women Making a Mark. I drafted the nomination, supported her during filming, and staffed the photo shoot.
The Walker website was redesigned to reflect our new campaign and illustrate the school's culture and strengths. I led the project and hired a firm, Finalsite, with extensive experience in school websites.
